It configured at user level

could you post 2 pictures, what is configured at domain level and what is configured at user level? (even i dont understand why you want to have this on user level, it is to much work to maintain but that is another thing)

manually sent quota for 15 users. These users are not receiving warning. limited user so i manually set quotas
