word press home page not formatting my post

Starting a new word press install here http://blog.advancedbrain.com/

The first post has an image, links, and paragraphs breaks in it. If you click on the post you will see that it formats correctly, but the home page (link above) seems to remove all that.  Can't figure out how to fix this.  I want the full post with all it's formatting showing up on the home page.

Must be fixed. I'm not seeing a difference between  http://blog.advancedbrain.com/ and  http://blog.advancedbrain.com/?p=15.
