word press home page not formatting my post

Starting a new word press install here http://blog.advancedbrain.com/

The first post has an image, links, and paragraphs breaks in it. If you click on the post you will see that it formats correctly, but the home page (link above) seems to remove all that.  Can't figure out how to fix this.  I want the full post with all it's formatting showing up on the home page.

log on to the admin page and on the left

click on - "settings"  then click on  "Reading"

on the line that says:   "For each article in a feed, show "
select "Full text".
at the bottom save changes.

Must be fixed. I'm not seeing a difference between  http://blog.advancedbrain.com/ and  http://blog.advancedbrain.com/?p=15.
