Depending on the type of presentation you are looking for; i.e. internal usage, client display, training materials, etc., it will all depend on your personal preference.

One thing you could take a look at is how Cloud Service providers display themselves in their visual representations.  From Windows Azure Execution Models:

Windows Azure Virtual Machines
Windows Azure Web Sites
Windows Azure Cloud Service
