CISCO AP Using windows Server 2012 RRAS NPS authentication

Hello EE,

I'm having an issue with using Ras with an Cisco Wireless Access point. I'm pretty sure i have my NPS and AD CA, Setup correctly. I think i'm missing something in my Cisco Aironet 1600. Here is the senerio.

windows server 2012 NPS. When i try and connect my computer to the Cisco AP, i get a prompt for username and password 2 times. I then enter my username and password and after about 10 seconds it says im unable to connect. I checked the event viewer on the server and it shows me a network policy event id 6272. Stating Network Policy Server granted access to a user.

If i check the event logs on the Cisco AP it tells me user was not able to authenticate.

So I think my problem is with the Cisco AP configuration. Does anyone know a good walk through site for pointing Cisco Aironet 1600 to windows rras/ NPS server for authentication???

Thanks in Advance for the help.

I found this link helpful, the only downer is the cicso aironet interface is different then the one i see on there tutorial. so not sure i set the cisco up right. I'll read through it again to see if i'm missing something.
