^ That's RPC Proxy Server for Exchange - I am talking about the standard proxy server for browsing.

Can you provide some more info please

Are you trying to restrict all client computers to use Proxy by setting up proxy server on 2003 server and you want to restrict access to internet according to company policy ?

HI

Basically all the clients use the proxy server setting to browse. For some unknown reason the service keeps failing and we have to restart this for the clients to browse again.

Hence, I was trying to re-install this software
