Required SQL databases for SCOM 2012

I need to install SCOM 2012 in windows 2012 server. I believe SCOM 2012 requires SQL databases.
in our environment we have a separate team that takes cares of SQL servers and databases.
I might have to make a request to SQL team and ask them which databases ,accounts, and account permissions they should create on SQL server.(SQL server is in separate windows server from where SCOM will be installed)

Now that I cannot touch SQL servers, I would like to know what I need as a request for SQL team, in order to get SCOM 2012  have everything it needs in SQL server, before I start SCOM2012 install on my windows 2012 server.

Any help will be very much appreciated.

Thank you

I guess these DB are mandatory, as they get created automatically when installing SCOM.
