did you check the versions of the folder under the OWA folder whether it is updated correctly?
Go to IIS Manager and Check the Anonymous Authentication is Selected on ExchWeb Virtual Directory.
Try to delete and Recreate the OWA Virtual Directory.
Uninstall and are-install the RU12.
