Go to IIS Manager and Check the Anonymous Authentication is Selected on ExchWeb Virtual Directory.<br />
Try to delete and Recreate the OWA Virtual Directory.<br />
Uninstall and are-install the RU12.

I applied "Update Rollup 12 for Exchange Server 2007 Service Pack 3 (KB2903911)" to my HUB/CAS 2007 and Exchange 2007 server.   When I log into OWA the "exchweb/bin/auth/owalogon.asp" Logon page won't display picture.  It only shows [x].
