Hi granwizzard,
I am working in company who have approximately 1500 users.
That DL is universal and have around 1000 users including sub - DL
Few users said not receiving any email from dl.
Is any way I can look at log to find out who not receiving email. And assist me how to fix it
My second question 2:
How do I track email. Mean how will work. From end user to external user.
If I understand how it works, I can see in exchange where is stuck.
Thank you all in advance for your assistance

Hi Rabihhaj.
You forget to mention the Exchange version, so we can help in more detail.
But as a first troubleshoot please chek the permissions on your DL to see who is permited to send emails for those DL.
