Citrix issue when installing ssl certificate

We installed a current SSL certificate from GoDaddy yesterday on a Citrix Server running Windows 2003.  The certificate installed without error but a user that was not logged in went to log in and the server was not available.  The Citrix server will not come up although we can RDP into it.  .

When the users try to log in to Citrix , they get a protocol driver error.
