Citrix Printing issue

Hi,
My windows 2003 print server crashed and i have rebuild new win 2008 print server. I have a wierd citrix printing issue, where some users can print from x64 bit Windows 2008 citrix server & some are getting a pop up message " To use the shared printer \\servername\printername, you need to install the printer driver on your computer. If you do not recognize or trust the name and location of the printer, do not install the driver." I have two options Install driver & Cancel. If I click on Install Driver I get Access denied.
Note:
Users can print from local machines, they are on windows XP x32. I am using domain logon script to install the printers

Any help is appreciated.....

Thanks for your reply. I have figured out the cause of the problem. One of the citrix server in Farm was not getting the Point and Print Group policy & users landing on that server were unable to print.

I like your suggestion of using Citrix Universal Printer driver. Some times my users complain about printing issue and I have to delete their profiles from Farm members (Terminal Servers).

I have also learned something about citrix print drivers issue that may help any other person reading this post
