Outlook 2013 keeps crashing when in Cached Mode
I have a Surface running Windows 8 with Office 2013. When Oulook is started in cached mode it will start to download messages and then stops with "Outlook has stopped working." and the only option is to close the program. It does this every time.
It does not do this when I disable cached mode. It is perfectly consistent - cached mode = crash, non-cached mode = works fine.
This unit worked in cached mode for approximately 5 months before this problem appeared.
I have deleted and renamed the OST files and have built a new profile for the user from scratch.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
