VPN disconnection

Hi All,

We have a user with a laptop when connected via VPN the VPN gets disconnected every 10 minutes. BIG-IP VPN is what he has

Any ideas on how i can troubleshoot and fix
Why does it disconnect and does not happen to any others in the office

We used the same ip and credentials on another system and it works fine

Must be a sort of timeout. Might BIG-IP be unlicensed and have a 10' limit?
The VPN client uses BIG-IP... what is the VPN server running?
Why not using another VPN client?

From my level i dont know what the server is installed with

We are approved to use just this VPN client

Also its a licensed version of client
Is it the same version used by other working systems?
BTW: which version is it?

yes its the same version and version is V11

The VPN works fine when i connect via Data card and connect to the internet
Only when i am connected via LAN this specific system has this issue

Disconnects every 5 to 10 minutes

Same credentials

Proxy is same and used on other systems where it works fine
