refresh pivot tables from 2nd excel workbook

Hi Expert's

having trouble sometimes when I try to refresh 11 pivot tables from a 2nd excel workbook...whats the best way to do this each time the destination 1st workbook is opened...

and also how can you review what wrkbook the pivot tabke is linked to??

Hi,

Have you tried PivotTableTools  / Options / Data / Refresh All ?

To Know the data Source

Goto
PivotTableTools  / Options / Data / Change Data Source
