Hi;  I am looking for a VPN service which I can set up on this router or similar type to allow a client living outside of the USA to stream US based television. I tried unblock-us but when I entered their settings I could not get internet connection.

The configuration will be the Smart TV/Roku box or similar device---- Linksys wireless router----- ISP Modem configured on the 192.168.1. subnet-  internet.

Thank you in advance.

I was able to get it working with Unblock-us. Testing it with hidemyass.com service. Will let you know the outcome since it might help someone else.
