Symantec Netbackup Granular Restore

Using Symantec Netbackup client  on Exchange 2010 server,I am trying to restore an individual message from Exchange mailbox, but I keep getting error as shown in the screenshot :
Any help will be very much appreciated

This are the only log info that you get?

Is standalone Exchange server or a DAG?

We have DAG with 2 members.

The GRT is configured properly, I can dig down to individual messages, but the restore did not succeed as shown in the screenshot... I do not see any other logs

Thanks……Restarted NFS client service in CAS server and it fixed it.
