Can you setup server 2012 with roaming profiles to use user profile disk (upd) on 2 different workstations with the user logged into both of them at the same time?

User profile disks can only be used with pooled virtual desktop collections and session collections. They are associated with a specific collection. Therefore you can't use the same user profile disk on 2 different computers.
