add joomla contact from to right module position

Hi,

We would like to add a short contact form to a module placed in the right position of our site template. Do we need to download an extension for this and if so is there an easy good free one.

Preferably we would like to configure it without an extension. If this can be done what are the steps?

The out-of-the-box contact form is a component, not a module, so you'll need to install some sort of extension to get this working.

The best way would be to try out some extensions from the directory:

http://extensions.joomla.org/extensions/contacts-and-feedback/contact-forms
