Can you share all contact list in exch 2007

I know, exch 2007 but we will be upgrading SOON..
But is there a way to share all of the contact list including the GAL with OWA?

Not sure what you are asking here.
The GAL is already available in OWA, as is your personal contact list. You cannot do the sharing through OWA, you need to use Outlook for that, but you should be able to access a shared contacts folder through OWA.
