XenDesktop 7 - Disable Start Menu Shortcuts

We just implemented Citrix XenDesktop 7.0 and it seems by default when ever I launch an application from Citrix Receiver, it will place the shortcut of the application on the Start Menu.  Is there a way I can disable this behavior on the Receiver or Citrix Studio?  Any assistance or suggestions would be helpful and greatly appreciated.

This is fantastic!  Thank you for providing these urls to me.  They seem to be a lot of steps, but if it works, then it is worth it.  Thank you again!
