nraser.dll module could not be found

I'm running Windows 7 Home on a Dell Inspiron laptop.

When I restart the computer, I get the following RunDLL message: There was a problem starting C:\Users\Lisa\AppData\Roaming\nraser.dll.  The specified module could not be found.

How do I make that message go away?  Any idea what that dll does?

thanks,
darin

Possibly an infected file your AV software has already jumped on.  Check the logs to see if it's listed as quarantined.

What you are seeing is the result of a residual entry in the system registry attempting to launch the deleted file.

If you are happy working with RegEdit, launch it and use the Find option to find and delete references to "nraser.dll"

I found the file in the registry, deleted it (after backing up the registry), and voila, the error message is gone.

Thanks much!
