I tried your instructions exactly and no change. &nbsp;Also i found out that the default video that comes in wmp just plays sound and no video.

I installed the k lite codec pack but nothing has changed. &nbsp;It wont even play the sample videos that are on the hard drive. It just does audio but no video

How to install Windows Media Player (WMP) 10 in Windows 7.<br />

Remove Media Components from Windows 7:<br />
a. &nbsp; In the Control Panel select Programs and Features.<br />
b. &nbsp;Click &quot;Turn on and off Windows Components&quot;.<br />
c. &nbsp; Uncheck &quot;Media features&quot;<br />
d. &nbsp; Hit the &quot;OK&quot; button.<br />

Youtube works fine but anything in media player wont. &nbsp;I have checked all his permissions and all is well. &nbsp;If i log in as me (a domain admin) or as local admin on the pc then it words fine. It just doesnt work on his profile. I have deleted his profile and reinstalled but no luck. I have uninstalled media player also but no luck. Ty in advance for any help
