I have create a couple of Room Lists for the room finder function in outlook.
I need to now remove a Room List from the room finder (we no longer are open in a location). I cant seem to dig up any info on this. Lots of documentation on creating the room lists for the room finder.
To remove locations from the list you need to edit the registry and delete the entire list
The key you need to delete is
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software
(back up registry first)
Another method is to type up to 10 more locations to replace the ones on the list.
