I have Citrix Receiver installed on my Windows 7 laptop and I noticed the following programs are in the HKLM\Software\Wow6432Node\<wbr />Microsoft\<wbr />Windows\Cu<wbr />rrentVersi<wbr />on\Run:<br />

CitrixReceiver = &quot;C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\<wbr />Windows\St<wbr />art Menu\Programs\Citrix\Recei<wbr />ver Updater.lnk&quot;<br />

Redirector = &quot;C:\Program Files (x86)\Citrix\ICA Client\redirector.exe&quot; /startup<br />

Why do they both do, and are they really needed to be run at boot up and continually running on the laptop in the background? &nbsp;Any suggestions or thoughts?

Redirector = "C:\Program Files (x86)\Citrix\ICA Client\redirector.exe" /startup

Why do they both do, and are they really needed to be run at boot up and continually running on the laptop in the background?  Any suggestions or thoughts?
