Exchange 2010 Disclaimer always on the bottom when replying

We are using Exchange 2010 SP3. I created a disclaimer that goes out to external users but what we have noticed is that when we reply it is always at the bottom off the email.

Is there a way to place it underneath the reply and not at the bottom of the email ?
Is there a 3rd party soft , possibly free or something else that could help me?

Do you know of any other ways or other products?
I don't see any option in Exchange 2010 to move disclaimer up just behind the reply
In fact we have tried to do workarounds but still never got success

The 3rd party tool suggested above is the good option

There are other products that will do disclaimers but none that are free as far as I know.

I just took a look at my 2010 install and the limitations on the transport rule disclaimers do not have any settings for placing it at the bottom of the most recent message.

What about Code Two Exchange Rules 2010? Is this a good product?

What about a script that could be used?
I looked at code two a few years ago. It is very similar to policy patrol. When I was looking at it I did not see enough of a difference to make me want to switch.

I dont think a script would work becuase it would need to run constantly and monitor emails sent to determine which ones get the disclaimer and which ones dont.
Most of the third party tools can do it - but not the rules method.
Loads of choice though - my usual tool is Exclaimer, but GFI Mail Essentials will do it for you as well.
It used to be the case that when the trial version of GFI ME expired, the signature panel continued to work. I don't know if that is still the case.
