&nbsp;irfanview worked perfectly. &nbsp;Lots of options and worked great and FAST -- over 3,000 images resized in just a few minutes.<br />

I have hundreds of image files that I need to resize to 200 pixels tall (and of course constrain the width proportionally.)<br />

However if they are already LESS than 200 pixels high I don't want them touched.<br />
<br />
I usually use Faststone image for these things, but I don't see an option to ignore images that are less than a certain height.<br />
<br />
I don't want to make, for example, a 150 height image to be 200 pixels tall. &nbsp;I need the program (i.e. photoshop) or utility to ignore anything below the height that I have set.<br />

Any suggestions?<br />
