Almost looks like your SVN plugin is suspect - since it's based on Eclipse, can't you update / install a different SVN client from the Marketplace?

I'm not at work so I can't check the exact menu path, but it sure looks like your SVN client just needs an update.

I have WINDOWS 7, and I know this SVN plugin is corrupted. I am using this plugin.

SVN plugin

I removed this plugin from Available software option but actually it does not remove this plugin still remains.

I do not know how to uninstall this plugin so that I can install back this plugin.

FYI - SVN was not connecting. The issue was resolved by running the below command and restarting the system

"netsh winsock reset"
