All,

Is there a way to disable signatures in Outlook Web App? Specifically, for Office 365-based mailboxes, which should be Exchange 15.

The signatures will be written by Mimecast, hence the customer wants them disabled at the user level.

I know how to do it with ADMX templates for Outlook 2007 to 2013, but I believe it is a separate setting from OWA.

Thanks,

If the signature is written by Mimecast (such as "sent with Mimecast") there's no way since it's an add and it's done centrally at the server level.
