AAC Filter

Hi, I am trying to convert some videos using DIVX and it says it can't convert the file because I need an AAC Filter.  Where do I get it and how do I install it.?
Thanks

I re-installed the program and it does come with the AAC Filter but it still won't work.  I don't believe its the filter.  I believe it is because it can't handle a .dash extension.  I'm going to try other programs.
Thanks

You can READ with Videolan VLC 2.0. On the other hand, I have had trouble converting with this software in the past!
