Pop up blocker for IE

Is there a way possibly in GPO to make a site safe so that pop ups open up? I can block all other pop ups except certain work sites. Thanks

start group policy management console (local or active directory domain -> depends where you need it)

Navigate to Computer Configuration > Administrative Templates > Windows Components > Internet Explorer

Double click on ‘Pop-Up Allow List’

Enable

Add URL
