Circuits design

Is there anyway to create a design with virtual components? Like using virtual sensors and make a design in virtual environment instead of real hardware? Any software that can help? I am not sure if Matlab can help? We are working on project but for lack of time we can not work on real hardware and looking for any solution which we can use?

You need electronic design software that include Spice simulation.  Here's a link to Pspice: http://www.cadence.com/products/orcad/pspice_simulation/pages/default.aspx  And here's a link to the original Spice simulation program: http://bwrcs.eecs.berkeley.edu/Classes/IcBook/SPICE/   And AutoTRAX Design Express http://kov.com/ is a low cost program that includes simulation.

Note that you will have find or program models for anything that is not included in those programs.
I tend to design some circuits for personal mod stuff, and I use CadStar http://www.zuken.com/en/products/pcb-design/cadstar does great work for me!
