1. Go to settings itunes app store and sign out<br />
<br />
2. Reset the network settings or shutdown and start again your device<br />

3. Sign in itunes through settings again

Thanks, i just done that (signed out, closed iTunes, turned phone off and back on) however it is still asking me to pay for the audiobook?

I just read something similar... it's a common problem... i just called iTunes Support and then put the audiobook back in my downloads queue :-) Thanks for your help
