Corporate Signatures

Hi all,

We are rolling out new signatures for the company.

These signatures are HTML based.

i have a couple questions regarding this.

Our exchange email is hosted by intermedia.net
-----------

How can i automate the process of deploying these signatures..
(users use outlook 2010)

also whats the best way to deal with the little pictures for social media links.

If there linked to external source, then users have to "download" them

if they are embedded, then sometimes the email shows a bunch of code rather than the images.

Hey,

One of our clients had a similar request. Their exchange is hosted on premises though.

If intermedia would allow it, there is a program called CodeTwo that can automate all signatures and even upgrade automatically to HTML all emails to support the icons you wished to insert.

Our experiences with CodeTwo so far have been very positive. Not sure if they offer a method to use it with offsite hosting or if that company would allow installation to whatever type of server they are using but it might be worth asking at least.

If not, signatures can be deployed via script as depicted here:
http://www.howto-outlook.com/howto/corporatesignatures.htm#deploymentscript
That method would require a decent amount of tweaking though.

Hope that helps
