Lync 2010 Edge Server Paging Despite Plenty of RAM

Running Lync 2010 on a Win2k8 VM server SP2 with 8GB ram.  Physical memory usage normally hangs around 1.4GB with an occasional spike to 1.8.  Any thought on why Lync might not be taking advantage of the memory?

Hi Amigan,
I think the information you provided is not enough to troubleshoot your issue! could you please check on taskmanager what's the processes that are taking advantage of the memory?

second thing please try to open Event viewer. on the left side pain expand the "Application and Service Logs" Click on Lync Server if there's anything with red mark other than "LS Protocol Stack"  please attach it.

Also expand the Windows logs and check under Application and System logs if there's anything that would get your attention.
