Running Lync 2010 on a Win2k8 VM server SP2 with 8GB ram. &nbsp;Physical memory usage normally hangs around 1.4GB with an occasional spike to 1.8. &nbsp;Any thought on why Lync might not be taking advantage of the memory? &nbsp;<br />
