Hello,<br />
typical user can't print standard email from Outlook 2003 sp3. &nbsp;If they open Word and print a normal document from that, its fine and it will queue up in the printer queue. &nbsp;Nothing queues if you try to print from OUtlook. &nbsp;The user will get a flash on screen that something is printing but nothing hits the queue. &nbsp;All users on this terminal server have the same issue. &nbsp;As an administrator, I can print fine. &nbsp;I tried to create that Fonts folder in their root directory, but it didn't help matters. &nbsp;Let me know that you think. &nbsp;Thanks.<br />
