Can't Print from Outlook 2003

Hello,
typical user can't print standard email from Outlook 2003 sp3.  If they open Word and print a normal document from that, its fine and it will queue up in the printer queue.  Nothing queues if you try to print from OUtlook.  The user will get a flash on screen that something is printing but nothing hits the queue.  All users on this terminal server have the same issue.  As an administrator, I can print fine.  I tried to create that Fonts folder in their root directory, but it didn't help matters.  Let me know that you think.  Thanks.

I initially had been receiving this error but this popup error eventually stopped :

line:   2053
char: 1
error: the system cannot find the file specified
code: 0
URL:  reg://ieframe.dll/preview.js

Still couldn't print anyway.  Nothing would go to the shared printer queue.

I tried this today and it worked :)

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\11.0\Outlook\Printing

Create a DWORD and name it "Force RTF Printing" (without the ") and give it the value 1 (hex).

You have to do this for all users.  So for each TS profile I had to make this adjustment.  It was a pain but I did it because I was desperate.  Not sure if this was the best way to fix this but for the time being, I'll take what I can get.
