I have a HTC Droid 2 Incredible Cell Phone and every so often it will vibrate, as if I received a text message or email, even though I didn't receive a message.  I turned off vibrate notifications, did a factor reset and software update but it still happens. Any ideas?  Thanks

That phone vibrates when it thinks you are typing and here's how to turn it off:
Settings -> Language & Keyboard -> Text input -> and uncheck Vibrate when typing.
