SQL server 2012 process terminated unexpectedly

I have a server that SQL services will not start. I check the event logs and found the below error:

Make sure your SQL server dependency service are started state like  SSDP, DCOM and sql isnstallation folder excluded in antivirus scan.

Sorry for the delay. My issue was that our security admin made some changes to permissions. Once the services was restarted that's when we saw the problem. Once the permissions was corrected. The services started up.
