In the past installing Office on a 2008 Terminal Server required a volume license. I now have a 2012 Terminal Server and my client wants to install Office 2007. I was pretty sure that would still require her purchasing volume license key version of Office whether it would be for Office 2007 or upgrading to Office 2013
However, when I read about Office 2013 plus being installed on a 2012 server -- technet seems to state that a simple download will work and you shouldn't receive the error that you have a volume license key
Would appreciate help or info regarding this issue.
