" Deprecated. As of 1.4 release, replaced by #attachPolicy(Policy)"

No need to zip jpgs btw. Just attach them inline

when   I   remove  deprecated method  and replace  with this  ,....

client.getAxisService().getPolicySubject().attachPolicy(policy);

I get run time exception.
Exception in thread "main" org.apache.axis2.AxisFault: The input stream for an incoming message is null.
      at org.apache.axis2.transport.TransportUtils.createSOAPMessage(TransportUtils.java:92)

It works fine  with deprecated methods!

I can't think why that could be. If all else fails, just go back to deprecated with the annotation suggested by the error message
