iPhone communicate with PC through bluetooth or wifi

Hi Expert

iPhone cannot communicate with PC through Bluetooth due to usb bluetooth driver problem. so i want the iPhone to communicate with PC through wifi. Do you think it is possible ? If so, can i can listen to music of PC through iPhone ?  

Second question: i have mouse bluetooth usb. Can it be used to communicate between iPHone and PC ?

You will have to sync using Itunes.
