unable to book resources (rooms)  and no longer able to book through OWA either. In OWA when I go from inbox to Calendar I get an error message “The server operation timed out. Please try again later.”
Any suggestions on what may need setup or what changes need to be made?

1. I firstly just want to confirm, are you having issues with accessing OWA?

If yes, is OWA published externally? Or only internal?

2. What version of exchange are you using?

3. Have you tried to check the connectivity to your exchange server? Try this: https://testconnectivity.microsoft.com/

4. Any error logs in the Event Viewer?

5. Does the ExBPA tool health check diag give u any clues?
