sysprep error 3.14

Hi Experts,

I have created an image for sysprep but I get this error:

System Preparation Tool 3.14. A fatal error occurred while trying to sysprep the machine.

Is there any way to repair it, so I can sysprep this machine, because I have installed many apps on it.
