PST Capture: Import is complete but no messages imported

Hello,
I am using PST Capture tool to import pst file to Office 365 mailbox. it imported completely but no messages imported to Office 365 mailbox.
if you have any idea what happens, Please give me some advices.

I've seen similar issue, where the problem was caused by the firewall, so check this on your end. Also, check the destination settings in the "Message import" section and the "Archive mailbox" section. Lastly, check the size and number of messages in the mailbox you imported into.

Could you please confirm about the size of pst file and outlook version ?
Please note that In Office 365, there are some limitations for the messages (for example, the maximum total size of an email message is 25MB, the maximum number of file attachments allowed in an e-mail message is 125 attachments.)

this pst file is very small. I just created a test email and import its pst to office 365. I have outlook 64 bits on PST capture host.

I do not block any ports from the server.
