scrolling xml data controlled by leftside button and right side button.

I have a webpage that ping pongs back and forth that is the scores I need to have scoreboard controlled by two buttons one on leftside and one one the right side . AND BY DEFAULT IT STARTS OFF SCROLLING TO LEFT.GOAL WHAT CONTROL IS TO LOOK LIKErightarrow.png
