can i make with vba on access 2013 a placemark label

hi

is there some way in microsoft access-  with vba  - set that  a placemark label will show up when the mouse is over a field and   disappear when the mouse will not indicate on the field  ?

Look at the  ControlTip Text property of the control in the Other Tab of the control Properties
