How to install FTP server in CentOS and define some security matters?

HI

I have an http server with CentOS and I would like to install FTP services, I wonder if CentOS has its own app or your recommendation is something like filezilla server? Which one is more secure?

You can use vsftp with Centos, it is in the repository.
yum install vsftpd
