Image Captcha Not Working After Moving Site ?

After moving the site a few issues: image captcha doesn't parse, I can't manually run Cron, and unable to do anything on the module interface, like enabling or disabling modules.

Possible causes?

This is a file permissions issue. From the folder containing your files directory do:

chmod -R 775 files

Actually, it could also be that PHP GD is not installed.

Changing permission didn't work

PHP GD is installed

Did you make any changes to the htaccess file specific to the first host situation that doesn't fit the second host?
