Server2012 Replica Many to One

Guys,

My question stems from considering hardware disaster recovery.

I understand that with Server 2012 R2 physical host, you can replicate the containing host VM from box A to box B and then onto box C. This I'm clear about.

However, this scenario

Background:
Lets say we have multiple remote sites\customers each with their own physical host and on there, their own VM's with their own domains.

In the datacenter we have single Physical Powerful Server (Datacenter Edition Server 2012) in the datacenter, which can host as many VM's as we require.

Goal:
Can we successfully configure each of the remote host VM's to replicate to a VM in the datacenter. In other words a

MANY
to
ONE

Thanks in advance.

Just wondering if anyone out there has any experience doing this ?

In simple terms we have a physical server in the data center running Server 12 data center edition.

We have two other sites each running server 12 standard. (different domains)

Can we get them to replicate to the DR site, if so whats involved given they are all on different domains.

Thanks
