SBS 2008 network security

I recently took over administration of a SBS 2008 network with 20 workstations.  Very little maintenance work had been done but after many hours I have most features working correctly.

However, I am having trouble with network security.  Every client is running Windows Security Essentials but in the server console screen for security each client reports "Permission to Security Center may not be granted on the client computer."

Any suggestions on how to resolve this error would be welcome.

Well, SBSMonAcct is in the correct place with no duplicates but it was not a member of the "Domain Admins" group.  I added the group but the results are still the same.

After adding to domain admin group, did you reboot?

I haven't yet as the business works both day and night shifts so I'll have to wait for the next window between shifts.

I'll update you after the re-boot.

I managed a re-boot at the lunch interval.  No change.
