first we have to provide full mailbox permission to one user on a shared mailbox. for example John has full mailbox access on testshared mailbox.<br />

user has to enter the email address of shared mailbox and user id and password of his own account.<br />
like John has to enter his user id and password with email address of testshared. <br />

<br />
Officially MS doesn't support it but I know I had it setup once but reset the device and can't get it working again.<br />
