How do I delete duplicated organization account names from within Meraki. We have a company showing in the list with the same names, one which has devices and one which doesn't ?  I want to delete the duplicated name with no devices added to it

to delete a network, click the network choices dropdown in the top left, then delete network. it then asks you to type the name of the network.

Since you have two with the same name, first change the name of the one you want to delete.
